We’re eBoost Consulting. We’re not a solution looking for a problem. We’re a digital marketing consultancy made up of young, hungry, eclectic business minds hell-bent on solving timeless business issues.

So what's the difference between our consulting firm and an agency? Ah, we thought you'd never ask! Here are a few reasons why we are winning not just with clients, but with attracting talent that knocks on our door weekly.


1. What we're built to do.

Agencies know 'how.' We know 'how' AND 'why.' The mission of our consulting process is to provide our clients’ management teams with confident decisions in uncertain business environments. Anyone can provide ideas, but when money and people are on the line our clients choose a firm that can provide ideas backed by an independent, fact-based view of customers, industry economics, and organizational capability.


2. Organizational Structure.

We have Executives, Managing Directors, Consultants, and Associates. Simple and flat. Very flat. You may be used to working with agencies with search departments, analytics departments, media departments, email departments, creative departments, account managers, strategy directors, business development directors, etc. etc. In an environment like that, communication amongst everyone is nearly impossible and accountability is spread razor thin. Our silo-busting model creates cross-functional leaders that are not only adept at executing all digital marketing initiatives, but built to create coherent and cogent strategies. Adapted from the popular RASCI model, our client teams clarify accountability and make strategies actionable.


3. People.

Our consultants do not come from agencies. In past lives, our consultants were corporate marketing mavericks, management consultants, and primarily entrepreneurs. With business acumen in one hand and diversity of thought in the other, people come to us thinking like a CEO. We simply hand them the digital marketing knowledge. When they meet with us, prospective employees know they have a chance to be part of something out of the ordinary and more importantly know they won’t be managing pay-per-click campaigns everyday for the next 3 years.
