Facebook Ad Account Access Guide
Granting access to your ad account doesn't have to be a pain! Follow our step-by-step guide for granting access to your Facebook ad account, page, pixel, and Instagram account

Choose One Of The Following:
- I do not have a Facebook Ad Account
- I have a Facebook Ad Account, but I have not set up Business Manager
- I have a Facebook Ad Account and I have already set up Business Manager
Creating a Facebook Ad Account
- Log in to Facebook using your personal login
- Go to https://business.facebook.com/
- Click Create Account.
- Enter a name for your business, select the primary Page, and enter your name and work email address.
- Move through the rest of the onboarding flow by entering the rest of the required fields.
- Once the setup is complete, go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/ad-accounts
- Click the Add New Ad Accounts button in the top right and select Create a New Ad Account
- Enter the ad account name, set the time zone, and click Create Ad Account
- Continue the setup process by granting access to eBoost Consulting as a partner
Setting up Business Manager & Transferring an Existing Ad Account
- Log in to Facebook using your personal login
- Go to https://business.facebook.com/
- Click Create Account.
- Enter a name for your business, select the primary Page, and enter your name and work email address.
- Move through the rest of the onboarding flow by entering the rest of the required fields.
- Once the setup is complete, go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/ad-accounts
- Open a new tab and go to https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/accounts/.
- Copy the ID listed (will be a 8 or 16 digit number)
- Go back to the Business Manager Settings tab and click Add New Ad Accounts in the top right, then select Claim an Ad Account.
- Paste the account ID and click Claim Ad Account
- Continue the setup process by granting access to eBoost Consulting as a partner
Adding eBoost Consulting as a Partner to an Existing Ad Account
- Sign in to the Facebook account that has access to the ad account we’ll be using
- Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/
- In the left-hand navigation, click Ad Accounts
- Select the appropriate ad account and click Assign Partner near the top right of the page
- Click the link near the bottom of the window that says Connect your ad account using your partner’s business ID instead.
- Select Ad Account Admin, enter the eBoost Consulting Business ID: 10152961536032778 and click Connect.
- Continue the setup process by granting eBoost Consulting access to your Facebook Page, Pixel, and Instagram Account
Adding eBoost Consulting as a Partner to the Facebook Page, Pixel, and Instagram Account
- Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/
- Click the Pages tab in the left hand navigation
- If no page is listed, click Add New Pages in the top right, then select Claim A Page
- Enter the Facebook Page name and click Claim Page
- Once the page is claimed in Business Manager, Click Assign Partner
- Click the link near the bottom of the window that says Connect your ad account using your partner’s business ID instead.
- Select Page Admin, enter the eBoost Consulting Business ID: 10152961536032778 and click Connect.
- Click the Pixels tab in the left hand navigation
- Select the appropriate pixel and repeat the steps above to assign eBoost Consulting as a partner
- Click the Instagram tab in the left hand navigation
- If no Instagram account is listed, click Claim New Instagram Account
- Enter the Username and Password for the Instagram account
- Check the box for the appropriate ad account and click Next
- Select the Instagram account and repeat the Assign Partner steps above
