Facebook Ad Account Access Guide

Granting access to your ad account doesn't have to be a pain! Follow our step-by-step guide for granting access to your Facebook ad account, page, pixel, and Instagram account

Choose One Of The Following:

  • If you have an ad account and Business Manager set up - go to "Adding eBoost as a Partner"
  • If you have an ad account, but haven't set up Business Manager - go to "Setting up Business Manager"
  • If you don't have an ad account, go to "Creating a Facebook Ad Account"

 

Adding eBoost as a Partner

  1. Sign in to Facebook and go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/
  2. If you have more than one business, select the business you'll be adding us to
  3. In the left-hand navigation, click Partners
  4. Click the Add button and enter eBoost's partner ID: 10152961536032778 then click Next
  5. Add us to the following:
    1. Page - select the page(s) we'll be using in the center, then select Admin Access on the bottom right
    2. Ad Account - select the ad account(s) we'll be using in the center, then select Admin Access on the bottom right
    3. Pixels - select the pixel associated with the accounts we'll be using and select Manage Pixel access on the right
    4. Instagram Accounts - select any Instagram account's we'll be using

 

Setting up Business Manager

  1. Log in to Facebook using your personal login
  2. Go to https://business.facebook.com/
  3. Click Create Account.
  4. Enter a name for your business, select the primary Page, and enter your name and work email address.
  5. Move through the rest of the onboarding flow by entering the rest of the required fields.
  6. Once the setup is complete, go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/ad-accounts
  7. Open a new tab and go to https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/accounts/.
  8. Copy the ID listed (will be a 8 or 16 digit number)
  9. Go back to the Business Manager Settings tab and click Add New Ad Accounts in the top right, then select Claim an Ad Account.
  10. Paste the account ID and click Claim Ad Account
  11. Continue the setup process by granting access to eBoost Consulting as a partner

 

Creating a Facebook Ad Account

  1. Log in to Facebook using your personal login
  2. Go to https://business.facebook.com/
  3. Click Create Account.
  4. Enter a name for your business, select the primary Page, and enter your name and work email address.
  5. Move through the rest of the onboarding flow by entering the rest of the required fields.
  6. Once the setup is complete, go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/ad-accounts
  7. Click the Add New Ad Accounts button in the top right and select Create a New Ad Account
  8. Enter the ad account name, set the time zone, and click Create Ad Account
  9. Continue the setup process by granting access to eBoost Consulting as a partner
