Facebook Ads Campaign Manager (CM)

Founded in 2005, eBoost specializes in online paid advertising with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Google and Amazon ads campaign management. Our clients are a mix of Ecommerce, lead generation, local businesses and national brands.

We offer valuable mentoring programs for our Campaign Managers with structured training programs and weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions. There is tremendous potential for growth within the company including management positions for the right candidate.

The Position:

We’re looking to add a new Facebook Ads Campaign Manager (CM) to the team. The position will be part-time at first with the potential to move to full-time in the future. You’ll be directly responsible for campaign performance and will be setting up and managing campaigns for several clients on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include:

- Set up new Facebook Ads campaigns

- Manage existing Facebook Ads campaigns

- Optimize campaigns to achieve client goal KPIs

- Develop campaign creative

- Manage ad spend to stay within client budgets

- Work with Account Manager (AM) to develop and adjust campaign strategy and tactics based on performance and client feedback

The ideal candidate will:

- Have prior experience managing Facebook ads campaigns

- Be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Be comfortable managing large ad spend budgets

- Have the flexibility to work remotely

- Be self-motivated, reliable and professional

 

Account Manager (AM)

We’re looking to add a new Account Manager (AM) to the team. The Account Manager is the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across all of our service offerings including Google, Facebook, Instagram and Amazon Ads. 

The position will be part-time at first with the potential to move to full-time in the future. You’ll be directly responsible for developing campaign strategy, working with Campaign Managers (CMs) to achieve client goals and communicating with clients on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include:

- Be the point of contact for a portfolio of clients

- Send updates and reports

- Schedule tasks for the team

- QA campaign creative

- Keep track of client ad spend budgets 

- Work with Campaign Managers (CMs) to develop and adjust campaign strategy and tactics based on performance and client feedback

The ideal candidate will:

- Have prior experience building and maintaining client relationships

- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

- Have a background in digital marketing

- Be familiar with best practices of Google, Facebook, Instagram and Amazon Advertising

- Be comfortable managing large ad spend budgets

- Have the flexibility to work remotely

- Be self-motivated, reliable and professional
