Job Overview: 

The Account Manager (AM) manages client relationships, is the main point of contact for clients, and collaborates with Campaign Managers (CM) to achieve campaign goals. AMs receive a roster of clients that they are responsible for and act as the main liaison between the company and the clients.

A successful AM will be strategic, professional and knowledgeable about digital marketing. AMs work closely with the Director of Client Services to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain strong and productive client relationships
  • Send client email updates
  • Respond to client emails
  • Have phone calls with clients as needed
  • Be available during normal business hours
  • Assign tasks to CMs based on client needs
  • Monitor campaign ad spend to ensure proper budget pacing
  • Prepare agendas for client meetings/calls
  • Keep up with digital marketing news and trends

Qualifications:

  • College graduate preferred
  • 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience

Job Overview: 

The Paid Social Campaign Manager (CM) sets up and manages Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns on behalf of clients. CMs receive a roster of client accounts and follow our playbooks to optimize for performance, ensure budget pacing remains on track, and work with the Account Managers (AMs) to achieve client goals and maximize results.

A successful CM will be strategic, creative, data-oriented and highly knowledgeable about Facebook and Instagram Ads. CMs work closely with the Director of Social Ads to maximize results across all client accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build new ad campaigns
  • Develop new ad creative
  • Build new audiences
  • Optimize existing ad campaigns
  • Analyze campaign results
  • Adjust budgets and bids
  • Manage ad approvals and appeals
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including pixels and product feeds
  • Coordinate with AMs via email and messaging
  • Complete tasks assigned by AMs
  • Provide regular campaign updates to AMs
  • Be available during normal business hours
  • Complete Blueprint Certification if not already certified
  • Keep up with Facebook Ads news, trends, and new features/functionality

Job Overview: 

The Marketing Coordinator’s role is to support the client services team (Account Managers, Campaign Managers, Director of Client Services, Service-Level Directors) in completing work related to client services, reporting and internal systems. Marketing Coordinators (MC) receive a list of weekly or monthly recurring tasks as well as one-time items as assigned by the Director.

A successful MC will be knowledgeable about digital marketing, professional, reliable and have high attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build new client reports
  • Troubleshoot client reporting errors
  • Fill in manual data to client reports when necessary
  • Maintain budget tool
  • Coordinate design requests between AMs and Design Team
  • Assist with internal marketing activities such as blog editing/posting and social media posting
  • Assist with client marketing campaign execution
  • Coordinate with Facebook Support on client issues as assigned by AMs
  • QA client ad creative
  • QA campaign setups
  • Test pixels and conversion code
  • Complete tasks assigned by the client services team
  • Be available during regular business hours (9am-5pm Pacific) either by Slack, Email or Phone and respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe.
