Eboost Consulting Announces Acquisition by Principle America, Expanded Capabilities & Services

We are thrilled to announce an exciting company update – something that has been in the making for more than two years:

Eboost Consulting has been acquired by Principle America!

This acquisition marks a tremendous milestone for Eboost. We are extremely proud of our team and excited to offer an array of expanded capabilities and services to our clients, which will be enabled by this partnership.

When Chris and I met Principle Japan CEO Ken Kusuyama two years ago, we all felt an instant connection. There was a clear fit from the beginning in terms of vision and culture. We continued to develop our relationship over the last couple of years, including traveling to Tokyo and meeting the rest of the Principle team, which only reinforced our admiration for the amazing company Ken has built.

Over the last several months it has become clear that the time was right to enter into this partnership and begin an exciting new chapter for both Eboost and Principle.

I will continue in my role as CEO and our incredible team will remain with us including Chris continuing his role as COO. We will continue to offer best-in-class Paid Social, Paid Search, and Amazon PPC services and continue to support the digital marketing community by developing tools and software products such as Eboost Ad Spy.

With Principle’s team of talented engineers and data scientists now on board, we will be able to offer our clients expanded services in Analytics, Data Science and Data Visualization. This will enable us to provide our paid advertising clients with solutions to a wide variety of needs ranging from Google Analytics integrations, cross-channel attribution, and pixel integration to advanced data visualization projects in Tableau and enterprise-level data management platform solutions.

In the coming months we will be further integrating our companies with the goal of expanding and improving services to clients in the US, Japan and globally. We couldn’t be more excited to begin this new chapter and to deliver impactful results for our clients across the international digital marketing landscape.
